Seat Reservations and Cancellations
Guaranteed seats require completed reservations. If you check the “cash” payment box, we will tentatively reserve a “stand-by” seat (not guaranteed). We make every effort to keep as many “cash” seats available as possible.
We charge a $15 fee for cancellations that occur sooner than three days prior to the reservatoins date. Cancellations by phone or e-mial must be received during business hours (7 AM – 7 PM AKST). There is no charge for cancellations three days or more in advance of the reservation date.
We are ticketless. Your driver will have your name on his manifest at the time of boarding.
Each passenger is allowed one (1) large bag up to 50 pounds in weight and up to 62 linear inches in size similar to a large suitcase, army duffle bag or framed back pack. Additionally, one carry-on bag up to 10 pounds in weight and 30 linear inches in size (computer bag, brief case, large purse, etc…) is allowed.
Excess luggage is charge at $10 per bag for 1-50 lb items and $10 for the first bag if it is over 50 lbs or oversized (more than 62 linear inches in dimension).
Canoes/kayaks (hard or collapsible) and bicycles are not luggage. They are cargo and corresponding fees will be charged.
Cats and dogs in approved airline carriers are charged $20-50 depending on the size of the carrier and weight of the animal. Pet transportation is also limited to lighter travel dates when passenger seats can be removed to accomodate pets. Please check with us by phone or e-mail for more details.
